Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor & Assistant Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Kuwait

Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare reports on staff performance, sales, and inventory.


Requirements:

- Must be fluent in Arabic.
- Applicant must be currently residing in Kuwait with Visa 18 status.
- Proven experience in managing or supervising in casual or fine dine-in restaurant concepts.
- Strong computer system skills are required.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to train and motivate staff.
